Ingredients

rolled oats
1/2
cup
desiccated coconut
1/2
cup
coconut shaves
1/2
cup
ground almonds
1/4
cup
coconut syrup
1
tbsp
brown sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a deep pan and roast on low temperature.
Add coconut syrup and brown sugar.
Stir well and let sugar caramelize.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
Enjoy with yogurt or milk or plant based alternatives and add fruit of your liking.
